2026 4wd and Open Racing Rules

• THESE RULES ARE FOR YOUR SAFETY, NOT YOUR ENJOYMENT!

• Car Requirements:
• • No four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive
• • Working brakes
• • All types of vehicles except NO pickups (4 & 6 cylinder)
• • Two classes (4 & 6 cylinder), unless there is a limited number of cars
• • Roll cage or safety bar-strongly recommended but not required
• • Car netting - Drivers side netting recommended but not required
• • Battery – stock or safely relocated
• • Gas tank – stock or safely relocated
• • Glass – remove ALL glass.  With the exception of the windshield if it is removed, must have a helmet with a face shield
• • Tires – stock or DOT approved car and light truck tires
• • Bumpers if removed must have a home-made replacement. No sharp corners or any metal that is unsafe.
• Bumpers must remain flat. No home-made V bumpers. May not extend out from the side of the vehicle.
• • Air bags - removed
• • Sunroof - must be plugged or covered
• • Drivers - must wear a helmet, closed toed shoes, long pants, long sleeved shirt and have a seat belt with a
• shoulder harness
• • No passengers are allowed!
• • No offensive words or signs allowed on car!
• • The number on car roof in the vertical position.  It must be clear and visible. If the judges can't read it, you may not be scored properly.  NO DUPILCTE NUMBERS, pre-registration secures your number.
• • Doors must be chained or welded shut. Scuff bars are allowed as long as corners are tapered. (no sharp
• edges)
• It is recommended to secure hoods.  If your hood pops open, you will be disqualified.
• • NO two-way radios
• * NO rearview mirrors
• • Driver must be at least 16 years old or have a valid driver’s license. Drivers 16- & 17-year-olds must have release
• form signed by legal guardian.
• • Pre-registration of $25 by June 30th; there will be no entry fee refunds. After June 30th registration is $40 per
• car and driver.  Pit crew $20 per person.
• • All official’s judgments are final

Must be 14 years of age to be in pits, NO alcohol allowed in pits, and absolutely NO fighting or you will be asked to leave the pit area.

Pit Gate opens @ 2pm!  There will be a driver’s only meeting at approximately 5:00pm on Saturday. Registration cut off/Pit Entrance will be at 4:30pm (No Exceptions)

Payouts 1st $250.00, 2nd $ 100.00, 3rd $50.00 - if any class has more than 15 cars payout will be doubled
